A shoot mentioned
In a previous post about the couple Nadia & Moegamat i mentioned we did a shoot a month before their wedding day. Well, heres a few shots i got..

This day was so....unplanned lol..BUT fun! and that is the most important thing while shooting.
No fun=Stiff and posed shots! You have to always remember to make your clients feel comfortable. Okay,enough about that.. Let's have a look at the shots we got of the lovely couple. Pics taken around fish hoek area.

Moegamat+Nadia's Wedding Day
I met this stunning couple on a shoot arranged by Nadia's cousin as a gift a month before their wedding. Once they saw the pics nadia emailed me saying how impressed she was with the pics and would like me to take pics of their wedding day.
Let me start by mentioning how long a muslim wedding is.Procedure of this day was as follows:
NIKKAH: 9am at Ottery Mosque (Oracle High School)
After the Nikkah, She head home by 10:45am to get dressed and had her hair&makeup done for the main dress
Moegamat's LUNCH RECEPTION was ther after 11:30 for 12pm @ Cathkin Caterers, Tuscany Hall. They left his reception at 3
Photo's were taken @ Groot Constantia
Nadia's SUPPER RECEPTION was thereafter: 5pm for 5:30pm @ Kirstenbosche Gardens
Myself and the 2nd photographer who normally does shoots with me left Kirstenbosche at about 6:15, Downloaded pics, Started editing and this is what the final outcome was :)

Todays post are pics from my fashion shoot i did last year. I really think this shoot made headlines! gorgeous models+gorgeous outfits is key! All outfits designed and made by Ayesha Dawood for her winter collection fashion show. Pics taken at her aunts place in Zeekovlei.
Remember: Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.

2012 Competiton Winners
Since 2011 i've decided that i will have a competition each year.This year i asked entrants to enter as their Celeb Look-alike.Over here we have our 2 winners Ekraam who entered as 'Mike the situaition in Jersey Shore' and Mymoena who entered as 'Ugly Betty/America Ferrera'.This was a funfilled day,We started shooting Ekraam at 12 in Woodstock and ended about 1:30.We then moved to UCT for Mymoena's shoot who was styled by Zahra Effendi,clothing by YouAndI Vintagewear (Add on fb), MUA was NoluNojozi, Hairstylist-Siddeeqah Orrie and Video production was done by Black Edition
